Jim Kerr, Webmaster of PlanetQuo.com and PlanetQuo.net, appears to live at 28 Church Street, Haxey, Doncaster DN9 2HY.
It is an undisputed fact that Kerr lived in a flat above a jewellers named Hallmark, at 948 Ecclesall Road, Sheffield S11 8TR. He has stated that he vacated that address in the summer of 2005.
I used to rent an apartment located above a shop owned by a Gold and Silversmith.

Mr. Myers had the misfortune to be the occupier of an apartment that I used to rent but vacated in the summer of 2005.

A check on the electoral roll suggests that this is one of those infrequent instances when the Webmaster of PlanetQuo.com was not lying:
The James Kerr of 948 Ecclesall Road was listed at that address in 2003, 2004 and 2005, but is absent in 2006 and 2007. Other individuals named James Kerr in Sheffield did not match the profile of having vacated another address in 2005. It is known for a fact that the PlanetQuo Kerr connects to the internet with an IP that traces to Sheffield. However, the population of the city of Sheffield is around 525,000. It is one of the eight large English cities outside London that have established an association known as the "English Core Cities Group". The writer found that IP tracers were notoriously unreliable with his own IP tracing to a location about 200 miles away, although it is now accurate to the nearest major city. It is reasonable to suppose that PlanetQuo could be based tens of miles outside of Sheffield, and yet an IP trace would point to "Sheffield" as the nearest major city.
It was then a matter of identifying the neighboring town or city that was the postal town of the latest location of the James Kerr of PlanetQuo.com. Doncaster is a town about 23 miles by road from the city of Sheffield, and with barely more than one-eighth the population of Sheffield. Haxey is a smaller town whose postal town is Doncaster, and is located some 12 miles east of Doncaster as the crow files, and about 28 miles from Sheffield (or 42 miles by road via the M180).
Here is a James Kerr on the electoral roll for Doncaster:
Note that the appearance of James Kerr starting with the 2006 electoral roll is consistent with the above James Kerr having disappeared from 948 Ecclesall Road after 2005, and his statement that he vacated the apartment in the summer of 2005.
Observe the photograph that the Webmaster of PlanetQuo.com published of himself in the first half of 2007:

Now take a look at the interior decor of 28 Church Street, Haxey, Doncaster, as featured in estate agents' literature.

That room is the Dining Room, 14' 11" x 11' 8". If this is the same room, Kerr would have had the wicker chair positioned at the far end of the table in the above smaller photo, or to the right of the table in the enlarged photo from the .pdf file. It appears that the tops of three of the dining chairs, which as expected for separate chairs are not perfectly in line, are showing to the left in Kerr's photo of himself. In the middle of those three chairs, the stitching may be seen forming an arch at the top of the side. This is consistent with the sideways view in the smaller image above. Neither the latter photo, nor Kerr's photo of himself, captures the lightly-colored stitching along the top, as easily visible in the enlarged image. So the 11' 8" dimension would correspond to the wall seen at the back of Kerr's photo, and there is ample room to fit the dining table lengthwise, a wicker chair, and the photographer along the 14' 11" length.
Presumably, Peter Kerr is PlanetQuo's brother, who was already at the property prior to 2005. The brother's first name, along with Psalter Lane, would have helped to inspire PlanetQuo with the concept of Peter Sault as one of his "enemies" who was a "Zionist shill" posting as "Poseidon".
A man who brings a wicker chair into the room specifically in order to pose for a photograph. How narcissistic is that? :-)
Here's some of the Kerrs' garden furniture:
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have telephone points, so the internet connection need not be wireless.
The estate agent photo was taken around winter, as the deciduous trees have lost their leaves.
The following satellite image of the property was taken in summer. It's beneath and to the left of the "A" pointer, with two cars in the back yard. All trees are green, and the shadows are still relatively short with the sun at west-southwest.
For a one-armed electrician who does not receive Zionist shekels in exchange for shilling, Jim Kerr is not doing badly.
