Daryl Bradford Smith / Setters: Arrest Record
Daryl Bradford Smith is the name that Daryl was born with, and the name he uses as his "radio name". As a child, he adopted his stepfather's name of Setters, and he appears as Daryl Bradford Setters on official documents such as court records.

The charges on Daryl's arrest record include being in possession of a needle and syringe and a controlled substance, which would suggest that his version of how he contracted hepatitis, from a hospital following an "accident on a ship", is not truthful. Those charges were dismissed, but at what cost - a deal with the CIA? Daryl ought to clarify the matter - was he ever a dealer, did he merely use intravenous / liquid drugs, or was he the victim of a set up? He has admitted privately to methamphetamine use. And in any case, he would have been vulnerable to pressure from the intelligence agencies to work for them. Latest: On his September 16 show, Daryl correctly mentioned the futility of criminalising drug usage, and how the Zionist Jews are behind drug production, e.g. methamphetamine, at the same time that they also promote the idea that it's criminal to use them.
